Welcome to the Spirit Studio!
We are very excited to be collaborating with Matt and Beverley Yoga who will be delivering a new timetable from our Spirit Studio, commencing September 2021.
For now, we have started with some basic and beginners classes, but we will be adding to the timetable based on demand and request. They both offer one to one classes too, from either our spirit studio or our wellness suite (see here), please email us for more information and prices.

"I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and I am a huge advocate of the physical and mental wellbeing benefits of practicing yoga. One of my favourite things about yoga is how inclusive it is, with anyone with any level of physical fitness being able to take part, it is a universal wellbeing practice in every sense.
Whilst I am a fulltime manager in the corporate world, I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance certified), which really gives me balance in my life, along with the grounding I get from down time with my family.
If you have been looking for something different from the usual fitness and wellbeing options, particularly if you too have a hectic professional and/or personal life, there is no better option than yoga. Whether you are a complete novice or experienced practitioner I would welcome the opportunity to work with you and help lead you down your own personal yogic path.

Monday Morning Power-Up Yoga Class - 7am - 8am
Start your week off on the front foot with a dynamic, strong yoga class that will leave you feeling invigorated and ready to take on the week ahead.
Beginners Yoga – Thursday 6pm - 7pm
To introduce beginner students to yoga, taking them through a series of standing and seated yoga poses, with a focus on the breath and moving with your breath."
"For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Beverley, I am a Mum of 2 amazing boys and Wife to Matt (the other half of this Yoga duo).
I worked as a Senior manager for 20 years in the corporate world before leaving to launch my own Wellbeing business. I am certified with Yoga Alliance as a Yoga teacher for both adults and children and Meditation teacher. I am also a certified Well-being and Mindset Coach.
My passion and own practice of Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork, along with a huge pull to leave the 9-5 rat race and live a balanced, happy, and fulfilled life, led me to explore moving into the Wellness arena and I have never looked back.
As your yoga teacher I hope to bring an element of Well-being, calm, and relaxation into your life both on and off the mat. I have a passion for movement and mindfulness, am an advocate for mental health awareness and a believer of our mind / body connection and the role it plays in us living a more energised and balanced life.
In my Yoga classes, there is no element of competition with yourself, or others and I don’t ask you to try to become a human pretzel. I will encourage, support, and motivate you to enjoy the time on the mat and deepen your practice over time.
Yoga has introduced me to so much more than the Asanas ( yoga poses) and I would love to share these with you, throughout your yoga journey with me.

The face-to-face classes I offer are:
Monday Beginners Yoga Class - 9:30am to 10.30am
Wednesday Beginners Yoga Class - 12.30pm to 13.30pm
In these classes I will introduce you to the basic yoga poses, where each week we will look to slowly build on your knowledge of yoga and the benefits that come with it. We will explore how to connect the breath with the moves and how yoga can bring balance to your life on and off the mat.
Tuesday 9.30 -10.30am - Calm & Relaxing Yoga & Meditation with Beverley
This is a lovely class where we will explore meditation, breathwork and yoga that will leave you feeling calm and relaxed. It’s a great session to release anxiety, stress, and tension and you will float off the mat feeling ready for the day / week ahead.
Tuesday 11am - noon - Everyday yoga with Beverley
This class is exactly as described – yoga you can practice every day. I will always offer modifications and therefore this class is suitable for both beginners and intermediate students."

***All classes are £9.50 (+0.50p online booking fee) if booked individually, or you can purchase a class pass of 6 lessons for £50 (+0.50p online booking fee) - if you add this to your cart and then follow the instructions to book either all 6 at once, or you can use it on individual classes if you would like to book different classes weekly.
We can offer a refund or transfer of ticket if contacted 24 hours before your class, any less than that and you will not be refunded.
If you do not show up to your class you will also forfeit a refund.***
