Child Resilience Workshops
If your child struggles socially, finds it difficult to make or maintain friendships, worries often, gets easily stressed, struggles to control their temper, has/is self-harming, has suffered any type of bereavement or trauma or generally you find them to be very sensitive - then these sessions are perfect for them.
We understand no child is the same, some have very different needs to the next and because of this there is no “one size fits all” in the way of mental health support.
Our sessions will be designed specifically around the children who attend, with a mixture of mental health and emotional resilience learning, opportunities to build on their social and communication skills, some arts and crafts and yoga thrown in for fun - each child will gain invaluable knowledge and applicable skills that will help them through any issues they may be facing or have to face in the future.
The children will spend 1 hour in the training suite with Gemma and 1 hour in the yoga studio with Chloe.
There are only ever 12 children at a time on each age category, so for any children who are socially anxious it is a smaller, more intimate group.
There is a £30 initial fee (which allows your child a one to one session with a therapist to asses them so we can ensure they get the best support from the groups) and then the sessions are £20 a week which you can pay when you drop them off. The best part is... there is no time limit to how long your child can come for - they can come until they feel ready to move on.

Transitioning to high school
Support workshop for year 7’s
Thursday 6pm - 7pm
Starting high school can be very daunting for children. It is a huge step up from primary age school and some children find it harder to adjust than others. This drop-in workshop will span over the first two school terms of the year (Sept-Dec) and will help those less resilient children build their confidence, social skills, self-esteem and ability to socialise and maintain new friendship groups in a high school setting.
There are only 12 places on this workshop, so for any children who are socially anxious it is a smaller, more intimate group.
The sessions are £10 a week which you can pay when you drop them off. There is no time limit to how long your child can come for! Please contact us here for your child's place.
